The cafe, located on Woolooware Road in Burraneer has stunning new interiors, beautifully presented food and staff who are on the ball!
The Mims breakfast menu has its own take on some classics. The hash browns as an example, are not what you traditionally would expect but boy are SO good. The scrambled eggs, come with charred broccolini and crisp prosciutto, again slightly different and pairs so, so well. Both dishes were phenomenal.
Mims, perfect for a weekend catch up with friends. A delicious brekkie, paired with a good bunch of friends is the best start to any day. Am I right?!
