I’ve been visiting Bianchini’s at Gymea for years now and the food and coffee never disappoints. Located just off Gymea Bay Road, the cafe pockets the morning Sun which is just heavenly.
The bacon and egg roll is AMAZING and definitely sits within my top 5 in The Shire, along with the Corn Fritters. Unlike some, these fritters are actually filled with corn, aren’t heavy and are super tasty!
Grab the kids, grab the dog and head on down to Bianchini’s for a much deserved brunch with the family.
