Kanji Fresh Sushi is a fantastic Japanese restaurant, with a few venues located around The Shire. With a shop in Gymea, Sylvania and Caringbah, there’s one just about close to everyone.
I eat at Kanji a lot and every time I’ve been the food is so fresh, delicious and well priced. My go to order is a special roll and the gyoza’s.
Kanji at Gymea or Sylvania is the perfect spot for a meal with friends or family, kid friendly too. Ordering up at the counter makes it that much easier to separate payments too.
