In a recent Q&A I conducted on Instagram I had loads of you telling me to try Kuroneko Ramen Noodle Bar at Sutherland and I’m SO GLAD I DID! YUM!
Kuroneko, located in Sutherland is a Japanese Ramen Noodle Bar that you have to try. The staff are so friendly and you feel so welcome the moment you step inside. The menu offers starters like Edamame, Gyoza, Pork Buns and Dumplings. For mains you have Ramen, Udon, Donburi (rice bowl dish), Sushi and ample Vegetarian and Gluten Free options.
The Gyoza was perfect, with that crispy pan fried coating and the dumplings in the spicy chilli oil are so damn moreish. The Spicy Ramen was everything you’d expect and if you don’t like spice than the Kara-age Chicken Udon is perfect. The broth is light in flavour but combined with the Kara-age, the flavours and textures balance perfectly.
Kuroneko is perfect for families as its great value for money, BYO and kid friendly. Be sure to call up and book a table though as on any given night it’s packed!
