On our recent trip up North, we spent one night in Byron and boy was it hard to pick a restaurant, given our list had about 10 places!!! After much deliberation, we picked Light Years and were stoked with our decision, it was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!

We loved everything but our top picks were the Mud Crab and Scallop Dumplings and Miso Caramel Eggplant. They even sell the Miso Caramel sauce, we bought some and tried making it ourselves at home… it was no where near as good ;)

Go with your partner, go with the girls/boys, heck even go by yourself, the flavours are phenomenal and you’ll be back for sure.
